Terms of Service.

By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using any part of the Studio you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you use the Studio on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

The Studio lets you generate AI interior renderings from reference photos you upload. Every generation costs a number of credits shown in the interface. Credits are prepaid, non-transferable, and never expire while your account is active.

We may adjust the credit cost of individual features when we introduce new models or capacity changes. Existing credit balances are not reduced when we do so.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your password confidential. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

You keep ownership of the reference photos you upload. You grant Nexura Found a limited, worldwide license to store and process that content only to deliver the Studio to you.

Rendered results are yours to use for personal and commercial projects. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any material you upload, including photographs of interiors you do not own.

Prices are shown in the currency selected in the header. The default currency is Euro; other currencies are converted at an indicative market rate and the final charged amount may vary slightly based on your bank. Bank transfer instructions are sent by email immediately after checkout. Credits are activated as soon as the transfer is confirmed.

You may not use the Studio for any purpose that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or violates our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

The Studio is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the output of the AI models will meet your expectations, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that all defects will be corrected. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexura Found's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Studio is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may close your account at any time from the Studio settings or by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required by law. Unused credits remain refundable under the Refund Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Nexura Found is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that country, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence say otherwise.
