Refund Policy.

A clear, generous refund process for credit purchases made through the Studio.

01Fair-use principle

We want you to feel confident about topping up. If the Studio does not work for you, or if a render did not meet a reasonable expectation, contact us and we will work with you toward a fair resolution.

0214-day cooling-off period

You can request a full refund of any unused credits within 14 days of the original order, no questions asked. Credits already spent on generated renders are not refundable because the compute has been consumed.

03Failed renders

If a render fails because of an error on our side, the credits used for that specific render are automatically returned to your balance. If the automatic return does not happen within a few minutes, write to [email protected] and we will reconcile the balance manually.

04How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your order reference or the email used at checkout.
  • A short description of the reason for the refund.

We respond within one business day and, once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

05Bank transfers

Because bank transfers can take a few days to arrive, orders paid by transfer can be cancelled at no cost before the transfer is received. Once credits are activated, the standard cooling-off period above applies.

06Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved by email in a fraction of the time a chargeback takes and without impacting your account status.
